cieszę się sympatyczny kangurku że piszesz mi takie rzeczy, ja również mam nadzieje że mój organizm skorzysta co nieco....
mam nawet do przeczytania całą teorie dołączoną do tegoż produktu, 8 bitych kartek formatu A4....
mam zamiar dodawać go do sałatek, pomidorów, podobno nie wskazane jest łączenie go z tłuszczem nasyconym z uwagii na niewielkie wchłonięcie go w "smalcowo-podgarlanym towarzystwie"...
To napisze jeszcze troche wiecej:
OMEGA 3/LINOLENIC ACID PATHWAY
Alpha-linolenic Acid is converted to Stearidonic Acid by the enzyme “delta-6-desaturase”
a. Delta-6-desaturase is dependent upon Vitamin B6, magnesium and zinc for proper function.
b. It is interesting to note that people suffering from asthma are often deficient in these nutrients and as a result are more prone to inflammation which exacerbates asthma.
Stearidonic Acid is converted to Eicosatetraenoic Acid by the enzyme “elongase”
Eicosatetraenoic Acid is converted to Eicosapentaenoic Acid by the enzyme “delta-5-desaturase”.
a. Delta-5-desaturase requires Vitamin C, niacin and zinc
Eicosapentaneoic Acid/EPA is converted into anti-inflammatory prostaglandins and anti-inflammatory leukotrienes.
a. The enzyme “cyclo-oxygenase” converts EPA into anti-inflammatory prostaglandins (aka: series 3 prostaglandins).
b. The enzyme “lipoxygenase” converts EPA into anti-inflammatory leukotrienes.
In order to produce Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) is first converted into Docosapentaenoic Acid by the enzyme elongase and is then converted to DHA by the enzyme Delta-4-Dehydorgenase.

OMEGA 6/LINOLEIC ACID PATHWAY:
Linoleic Acid is converted into Gamma Linolenic Acid by the enzyme “delta-6-desaturase”.
a. Delta-6-desaturase requires Vitamin B6, magnesium and zinc in order to function properly.
Gamma Linolenic Acid is converted into Dihomogamma Linoleic Acid by the enzyme elongase.
Dihomogamma Linolenic Acid can be converted to either Anti-inflammatory Series 1 Prostaglandins or into Arachidonic Acid by the enzyme “delta-5-desaturase”.
a. Delta-5-desaturase requires Vitamin C, niacin and zinc in order to function.
b. Delta-5-desaturase has a greater affinity for converting Omega 3 oils over Omega 6 oils.
c. …but when converting omega 6 oils, it has a greater affinity to convert Dihomogammalinolenic acid to the anti-inflammatory series 1 prostaglandins over Arachidonic Acid.
d. Now Cyclo-oxygenase converts arachidonic acid into pro-inflammatory Series 2 prostaglandins

Aby uniknac konkurencji w walce o ten sam enzym przez Omega 3 i omega 6 nalezy dostarczyc do organizmu DHA (jest go duzo w mozdzku). Nie bedzie zachodzic ta reakcja zaznaczona na czerono. Wowczas ALA(LNA) bedzie wykorzystywany do innych celow (np. do chelatacji rteci). ALA(LNA)przenika bez problemu do mozgu.
